Our vision in the implementation of the Youth Policy of the Company is the high attractiveness and status of the preferred employer for the most talented youth of the Republic of Kazakhstan, having basic knowledge in the professional field, understanding and accepting the corporate values of the Company, motivated by the high result of personal contribution to the success of the Company.

The strategic goal in the implementation of the Youth Policy is the systematic and targeted training of young professionals in accordance with the needs of the business areas of the Company.

In order to successfully implement this area, the following activities are carried out in the Group of Companies:

  • vocational training and youth development (interaction with universities and educational institutions of vocational education, the award of scholarships, participation in job fairs, career counseling (including Nazarbayev intellectual schools), increasing the attractiveness of engineering and technical specialties, holding open days, organizing production practitioner);
  • development of an active life position, patriotic education of youth (development and implementation of the institution of mentoring, interaction with youth public associations, conducting scientific and practical conferences of young specialists, forums, competitions among young specialists);
  • social support of youth (support of young families, assistance in solving housing and social issues of youth).

Youth councils were created at "Semey Engineering" JSC, "Semipalatinsk Machine-Building Plant" JSC, "Research Institute Gidropribor" JSC, "Zenit Ural Plant" JSC, "Plant named after S.M. Kirov" JSC, “Petropavlovskiy Plant of Heavy Engineering” JSC, “Munaymash” JSC, “Tynys” JSC, “Machine-Building Plant named after S.M. Kirov" JSC.
